What is your return policy?

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

What are your shipping options?

  • Store pick-up: Buy online and pick up your items directly in our store, if you know what you want and we happen to be on your way this is a good option.
  • Standard Delivery: Get the merchandise delivered to your home, work, or anywhere you want with competitive prices and delivery times.
  • Express Delivery: This is the fastest way of shipping, if you need your order quickly.
  • Free Local Delivery: Available for orders that are over $50 and being delivered in the suburb of Calliope.

What are the shipping costs and how long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping costs vary depending on

  • The size of the products
  • The distance from our store, and 
  • The delivery time. 

You can find the estimated cost and select the shipping option that best suits you on the cart page or the checkout page of the website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please keep your order id handy so we can reference your order.  Your order id will be in the confirmation email you should have received after placing your order.

How can I track my order?

At the top left corner of the website, you will see our track order option. Click that option and then you will need to enter your Order ID.

Are my payment details/data secure?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the subsidiaries Calliope Rural Traders controls.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing Credit Card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

What are Group Buys and how do they work?

Group buys are for anyone wanting to purchase products at bulk prices but don’t have the need to buy in bulk. It’s enables you to take advantage of bulk prices without actually buying a product in bulk.

How it works:

  • You can opt to take part in any active Group buy.
  • Group buy allow you to take part in bulk purchase scenario of select products.
  • To take part simply purchase whatever quantity of the group buy product you’re interested in.
  • Checkout as per the normal process.
  • Only when the minimum required purchase quantity is reached for a group buy product does the purchase get approved.
  • Successful deals products will be shipped to you; in some instances we will custom order the products from our suppliers only when the group buy has been successful – this will be communicated clearly to you.
  • Unsuccessful deals happen when the minimum required purchase quantity of products is not met. In this case you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price you paid for that order. You will also be invited to take part in the deal again should it become available in the future.

What is Wishlist and how does it work?

Wishlist allows you to create a list of items that you are not ready to purchase yet but that you are strongly considering buying in the feature. this feature provides you with an easy way to organise the products you want, making it unnecessary to use the shopping basket for a quick recall.

If you want to add a product to your Wishlist simply click on the heart just below the product description and it will be automatically saved in your Wishlist account so the next time you log in you don’t need to look for it again.
