Meet the team

Paulette and Owen have owned Calliope Rural Traders since 2006. Incredibly community minded, they are involved with several community groups such as the local branch of the Rotary Club and the Polocrosse club. They also run a local mowing and slashing business, and own and manage several beef producing properties in the district which means that sightings in the CRT office can be rare!

Jon has been with the business since 2014 as the small motors manager. With a focus on the small motors division he is our resident guru for all things mechanical including Stihl products, Toro mowers, Aussie and Davey pumps, Silvan products, and all of their spare parts! And believe me, there are so many spare parts….

Have you ever heard that behind every great man is an amazing woman? Well Christina is that amazing woman! As you may tell by the name, Christina is Jons wife, and has been with us since 2015. Looking after piles of paperwork and serving customers isn’t easy – she is a busy lady but handles it like a pro!
